NB expats aged 20 – 35 wanted for leadership training

Applications are now being accepted for the 21 Leaders Program which will begin in September 2009. 21inc., the organization that runs this program, is recruiting emerging New Brunswick leaders between the ages of 20 and 35 for this 10 month program that develops leadership skills, community building and innovation.

The 21 leaders will travel the province and learn about the challenges that face each region. Following the travel, small groups are formed in order to create community based solutions based on their skill sets and interests.

Participants who have completed this program have come from all walks of life and have represented many different areas of the province. Even if you are living outside NB at the moment you are encouraged to attend. All that is required is a commitment to attend the four major eventsin New Brunswick.

In addition to this commitment applicants should possess creative energy, awareness, social intelligence and a can-do-persistence. These essential traits are skills and attitudes that 21 inc. is emphasizing as part of their 2009-10 leadership experience.
