Olga considers herself one of Nova Scotia’s finest ambassadors, finding any opportunity to talk to others about the province’s beautiful ocean scenery, its humble and friendly people, and of course the lack of traffic and affordable real estate! After graduating from Dalhousie University in 2010, she packed up her law degree and returned to Toronto to find work as a lawyer. Since then she’s become really good at reading 200 page documents without dozing off and drafting big, scary commercial contracts. Olga is known for her friendly, water-cooler conversations and her “how deep are they?” dimples – but don’t be fooled by her sunny disposition; she is a force to be reckoned with in negotiations and courtroom proceedings. In addition to litigation, Olga is especially interested in charity law (which conveniently suits her new position as ECC’s counsel) and she hopes to bring her enthusiasm of the law to the rest of the Board.
