Jeff is Principal of Alesco Education, a consultancy that provides advice to youth, communities, institutions and organizations to improve their probability for success in higher education.
Previously, he was appointed as the inaugural Director, Indigenous, Government and Community Relations at St. Paul’s University College at the University of Waterloo. Jeff committed two years toward establishing the University’s mandate in Indigenous/Aboriginal initiatives for admissions, student success and employment, including the implementation of a five-year strategic plan in Aboriginal education.
Jeff has a long history of passionate relationship building, business development and entrepreneurship with several elite Canadian institutions including the Rotman School of Management, The Ivey School of Business, and Brendan Wood International.
He champions Indigenous literacy, education and community sustainability through volunteer initiatives.
Jeff holds an Honours BA in English & Mass Communications and a Master of Environmental Studies both from York University. He also earned an MBA from Wilfrid Laurier University.
