On Monday evening, February 27th - East Coast Connected brings you our next speaker in ECC's Coast & Cocktails series featuring Hockey Canada's Chief Operating Officer - Scott Smith!

Scott will speak about his growing up in Atlantic Canada and the values and traits that he learned. As well, Scott will speak about the importance of team sports on building future business leaders.

Scott's hometown is Bathurst, NB. He has risen through the ranks of Hockey Canada since joining them in 1997. Scott also spent five years from 1991-1995 as the Executive Director of the New Brunswick Amateur Hockey Association. Scott was a nominee for The Globe and Mail's 40 Under 40 feature in 2003.

Complimentary drinks and hors d'oeuvres will be served at a reception starting at 6 pm. Scott will address the crowd at 7 pm, followed by Q&A.
